including packaging and delivery to

our international shipping partner before overseas dispatch.

During Chinese New Year, processing may take

a few additional days due to holiday schedules and logistics arrangements.

Handmade, limited-edition, or custom-made items may require additional preparation time,

as indicated on the product page or in your order confirmation.

We offer international shipping to selected countries and regions,

depending on local shipping conditions and restrictions.

International delivery typically takes 7–25 days,

depending on the destination.

Please note that this estimate does not include order processing time.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance,

public holidays, weather conditions, or local courier services.

Tracking information will be provided once available.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination,

parcel weight, and shipping method.

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Product prices and shipping fees do not include any import duties,

VAT, or customs clearance charges that may apply in the destination country.

Small parcels shipped through our regular international

shipping partners generally arrive without additional import charges.

However, customs regulations vary by country, and we cannot guarantee duty-free delivery.

Any applicable import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections,

public holidays, weather conditions,

or disruptions to shipping services.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged,

For damaged items, please keep the original packaging

and provide photographs of the parcel and products.

Once an order has been dispatched,

changes to the shipping address may not be possible.
