Return Requests
We accept returns for eligible items.
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons,
please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order,
including your order number.
Once your return request has been submitted,
please follow the return instructions and shipping address provided by our team.
Your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws remain unaffected.
Product Condition
Returned items should be securely packaged,
preferably in their original packaging, with all accompanying accessories.
For incense sticks, scent sachets, and other consumable products,
any reduction in value resulting from use beyond
what is necessary to inspect the product may affect the refund amount.
Handmade ceramics, silver objects, lacquerware,
and products made from natural materials may have slight variations in colour,
texture, and shape.
These are inherent characteristics of the materials
and craftsmanship and do not necessarily constitute defects.
Custom & Limited-Edition Items
Personalised or made-to-order products created to
a customer’s specific requirements may not be eligible
for returns due to a change of mind, where permitted by applicable law.
Limited-edition and handmade products remain subject
to all applicable statutory consumer rights.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect,
please contact us as soon as possible
with your order number and photographs of the items.
We will review the issue and,
depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection laws,
arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Where required by law,
SSLK will cover reasonable costs associated with resolving these issues.
Return Shipping & Refunds
For returns due to a change of mind,
international return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer complimentary international returns.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
in accordance with applicable legal requirements,
generally within 14 days of the relevant return or cancellation notification.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until
we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.
Original standard shipping costs will be refunded where required by applicable law.
Import duties, VAT, and customs fees collected
by customs authorities or third parties are generally not refunded directly by SSLK.
